How do I track my order?
The tracking ways will vary depending on the service selected:

Pick-up: The order will be delivered within 2 working days after the order is confirmed. You will receive an email as a reminder after the delivery is finished.

Send by post: After the order is shipped, we will email you with a set of item numbers for you to check. You may go to HERE to track your order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on the website can be delivered every working day of the week. Delivery duration will vary depending on the service selected:

Pick-up: Normally you will receive it within 2 working days after the order is confirmed

Send by post: Normally you will receive it within 5-7 working days after the order is confirmed
How much does the shipping cost?
Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected:

Pick-up: there’s no shipping cost!

Send by post: By (delivery service): (follow the policy/cost set by the courier service)
If I choose pick-up, where can I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered to Student Lounge in Yi-Xian Building in National Chengchi University (NCCU) within 2 days after your order is confirmed.
If you are an enrolled student, your order will be placed in your pigeon box. If you have already graduated but still want to collect your order at school, please contact us after the order is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, currently, we only ship within Taiwan. And the outlying islands are excluded.
Can I cancel my order?
Currently, we are not allowing cancellation. Once the order is confirmed, the order can’t be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with the tag attached and the original packaging included

Items must be either with a flaw or an off size
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Do I need to pay the delivery fee for the return?
Yes. But when we send a new one to you, the delivery fee is on us.
What is your refund policy?
There are 2 conditions for a return: off size or faulty items. The refund policy only applies to faulty items. Off size can only exchange the item. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
How can I get my refund?
